Tonight I made Celetano Ravioli with meat. Instead of Ragu, I tried a sauce called Bertolli. A nice fresh cold salad too. It was pretty good but I still like Ragu the best. Everything was on the table just in time for Mickey to walk through the door from work. The only thing missing were the candles in the center of the table.

:)Mike...................I happen to like "Bertolli" too. We are having spaghetti with garlic and olive oil tonight. Will have a salad and bread too. Yummie!!!

Well I know about Italian sauce cooking on the stove all day I would go through a loft of Italian bread just dipping into it. But have you gone to your favorite restaurant and check out thier sauce , you will be suprise when you find out it comes out of a 5gal.can. or a ten gal. bucket. They don't make it they buy it.

It takes too long to make sauce like mama used to make. SImmer, simmer, simmer. Tarzan to busy vacuuming and washing windows. Just open a jar of Ragu, put it in a pot on the stove, heat and pur over pasta. Voila.........good tasting sauce!
